Epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO)

Epoxidized soybean oil (ESBO) is a bio-based plasticizer and stabilizer made from epoxidized soybean oil. It is a light yellow, viscous liquid. This product has good compatibility with PVC resin, low volatility, and minimal migration. It exhibits excellent thermal and light stability, as well as good water and oil resistance. It imparts good mechanical strength, weather resistance, and electrical properties to products and is non-toxic. It is an internationally recognized chemical additive for use in food packaging materials.

Industrial Applications:

This product can be used in all polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products, such as various food packaging materials, medical products, various films, sheets, pipes, refrigerator seals, artificial leather, floor coverings, plastic wallpaper, wires and cables, and other daily-use plastic products. It can also be used in specialty inks, paints, coatings, synthetic rubber, and liquid composite stabilizers.
